First Night of WCHA Final Five

Tonight is the first night of the WCHA Final Five NCAA Hockey Tournament up here at the Excel Energy Center. It’s gonna be an awesome tournament. Last year, the gophers won the tournament. I don’t know if they are going to do that well this year, but they at least have a chance. Kim can’t go, so I’m taking a friend to the game tonight. It should be a blast.

Well, the Gophers won the tournament, beating the Colorado College 4 to 2 to claim a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Men’s Hocky Tournament. It was an exciting couple of games. Now, if they can just make it to the Frozen Four.
