I really need to start drinking more water. I’ve never been one to be picky about water, but ever since my wife and I started drinking distilled water (chlorine+fluoride+human=bad) it’s real hard for me to stomach tap/fountain water… I feel like I’m drinking a swimming pool.
But I’ve been feeling pretty terrible the last couple of weeks, and I really think it’s because I haven’t been drinking enough water. I heard somewhere that a hangover is basically just being dehydrated. And that’s how I’ve felt lately.
