Polyphasic/Uberman’s Sleep

Oh, if only it were safe…

I would love to be able to pull off the Uberman’s sleep. I know it’s not safe, so I’m not even gonna try, but it would be great.

Basically, the idea is to take six twenty-minute naps throughout the day, which forces you into REM sleep. That’s great for your brain, but not so good for your body.

On the other hand, it worked well for Da Vinci and Jefferson…
