I have to start over. But now I’ve got my Duluth Pack Nalgene and my cell food drops, so I should do better this next time around. The nice thing about clear goals, is it’s clear when you achieve them and clear when you fail.

Great goal that will make a BIG difference in your long-term health, especially preventing things like kidney stones, bladder infections, GI issues, blood issues, heart/lung issues, etc. An article about skin health had this recommendation from the American Academy of Dermatology: “Drink plenty of water every day – 2.7 liters for women and 3.7 liters for men.” At your age, it is difficult to comprehend the impact of and to stick with these preventive measures, but at my age it is easy to see the effects – good and bad. So, DRINK UP!
