Perspective
Today I feel thankful for perspective. Specifically the perspective this picture of earth provides. BTW, if you zoom way way in, you can even notice the moon off to the bottom right of our pale blue dot. Sagan's original speech describes a version of humanity still worth striving

I imagine one of the reasons people cling to their hates so stubbornly is because they sense, once hate is gone, they will be forced to deal with pain. James Baldwin
