I know this is rediculous, but I gotta do something, so I’m using the Food Pyramid tracking site to tack the food I’m eating and get hints on how to eat better.

    um… why did you link a URL to another URL, esp. one that isn’t valid?

    and apparently that is part of the nofollow convention when posting from other sites to prevent comment spam
