“Those who lack courage cannot behave with integrity.”

My friend Lola Soto shared this today:

“ Ben Horowitz is so right: those who lack courage cannot behave with integrity. I used to think honesty was the most important quality to find in someone. It turns out, it’s courage. “

I had never thought about honesty vs courage this way before. But thinking back, and the more I learn about vulnerability, it makes complete sense that courage sits underneath honesty and holds it up.
