Got this comment from my buddy ethan:

“haven’t tried all those services but offshore ones i have tried were weaksauce. find someone in the states or canada and pay the extra bucks makes all the difference. search around on twitter – it’s how i found mine.”

A big chunk of our business uses Virtual Assistants, the question you need to ask also is do you need someone one off, or how long you plan to keep them on for? (1 month, 1 week, 6months, by hour?). I can chat with you about it this week, since about 80% of our business is the 4 hour work week LOL

From my experience, AskSunday is useless. Can’t speak for the others!

    Good luck.
